As a Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) certified 3rd-party testing laboratory, we test all children’s toys & games according to Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) regulations to ensure your product is in compliance with all current safety requirements. It is hard knowing how to be compliant with all the regulations out there, which is why our service is top notch. Unlike other labs, we know the importance of working closely with each of our customers to give them the full rundown of what testing they need. Whether it’s general CPSC toy testing, mechanical hazard testing, chemical or flammability testing, or any other certified test, we take the time to ensure everything we do is accurate.
At AM Testing Inc., we understand that the key to having a compliant product is to go through certified CPSC toy testing procedures which are simulated like a child at play. In our testing lab, we then determine if there are any hazards that present themselves.
For general knowledge
Toys and games are considered to be any product designed or manufactured to have play value and to be used by children under the age of 14. Products considered to be toys and games are board games, cars, stuffed animals, water guns, kites, pool toys, wooden blocks, stackable, and any other children’s toy or game.
The CPSC requires all children’s toy and game products to be tested to meet general safety requirements for mechanical hazards, chemical properties, and flammability. Our CPSC toy testing experts ensure the highest quality and accuracy when testing toys and games.
At AM Testing, we have all the solutions you need to ensure your product is safe and on the shelves, so you can focus on your business.
