Since they are a domestic lab, we are able to pick up the phone and speak to someone the same day to receive answers to the various questions that arise pertaining to testing. We have also found their pricing to be more than competitive with pricing from overseas’ labs. Roger makes an effort to anticipate additional or new testing that may be required down the road with changes in the law.
